Traditional Parenting Workshop.  Is based on the 4 cycles of life. The child, youth, adult, and Elder cycles. The spiritual significance and teachings will be explained for each cycle.  Particular emphasis on 'bonding' with the baby and re-establishing our relationships with our children. We review indigenous history and the impacts of colonialism. Showing the differences of Western world view, and indigenous world views. This workshop is a compilation of  teachings from the Elders, and knowledge keepers, that I have worked with over the years.  2-3 day workshop.

Women's Healing Circles 

Healing circles have been around since time of immemorial as practiced by our ancestors.  It is a beautiful way, to connect with each other, ourselves, and the Creator.  Coming together, in a circle, is an opportunity to share our stories, and experiences in a safe, sacred space.  The topics range from intergenerational trauma, addictions, mental health, parenting, relationships and lateral violence. It is a sacred space to talk about our experiences and how we can help each other. We will collectively bring forward positive solutions, in a cultural sensitive environment.  Circles can range from 4-6 weeks. I am flexible on the schedule and times. Quantum Healing Hypnosis & Past Life Regression. Is a method developed by the late Delores Cannon.  It is used throughout the world. It works with the body, mind and soul.  Many seek this method for many reasons.  The issues can range from physical ailments, addictions, phobias, family dynamics, relationship issues, fears, anxieties and much more.  It is a 3-step process.  Interview, QHHT hypnosis, and post discussion.  The session, can take you to 1-2 past lives.  I ask the clients to bring a list of questions, before the session.
